ive had a look on my epc disc and it looks like u cant buy it seperatly, but what a done with mine in see the electrical connector blocks you get wi the small screws in them. i found u get one the the little sticky up bit fits into the slide perfectly, this is what i used, works great

you can't buy them seperetly from a vauxhall dealer, i also tried lots of other vauxhall sepcialists and bosch injection specialists but had no luck so i just went down the scrappy and found a good one

nuts then, if it's not available as a seperate part. not to sure about botching it with a sticky out bit from an electrical connector block

and the chances of finding a GTE or GSi in a scrappy round here are zero. any cars that have a similar part that i may rob?

the bloke at vaux suggested to me about going to a Bosch specialist, but according to the above even thats not an option. I think bodging is the way to go!

there could be a "non" bodge way of doing it but it involves a moderate bit of work

get a dremmel and trim off the "mushroom" headed bit on the end of the shaft that the bush is on, then remove the bush. have a brass one made up to suit. shoul only cost ?5 if your nice to your machine shop. Or go to B&Q or what ever and see if any of the brass tubing they have there will suit the inner and outer diameters, maybe have to get 2 tube sizes to slieve it up or what ever.

fit the brass bush in place, drill and tap a small hole in the end of the shaft that you mount the boush on. lots of thread lock and screw a machine screw in with suitable washers etc on to stop the brass coming off.

i cant remember what the throttle body looks like but im guessing that idea would work?!?!

brass will last longer then nyolon and with the screw tehre you can replace it every now and then if you wanted to anyway
