wip pics finished almost

my nova went in to the bodyshop last saturday to
have quite a bit done.

wide arch kit and new side skirts fitted and smoothed in
quad conversion rear lights smoothed into body.
smoothed boot.
front indicators removed.
side repeaters,aerial removed
saxo ccm sypher spoiler fitted
doors delocked
resprayed in white with blue pearl.

please no remarks about not like'n fibreglass coz although i do appreciate all those that do keep there novas simply modded, they sadly don't get as much recognition from non nova enthusiasts.

Thats the link to my car how it was,same bumper as yours but i had it modid to make it so it look the same bothe sides,smoothed of the numberplate pad..

i especially like the smooth look petrol cap, how'd you do that coz i wanna get a smooth look.
i know i'll never get the money back but my dad keeps telling me stories about when he had his show winning custom van n i wanna do the same.
i might put some pics up sometime.

Well the cap is made from a affter market cap,i just took the front off then got some steel and made a plate thats slightly shaped to fit the curve of the wing...

The rims are called Konig trouble, 17"s your looking at ?640 18"s are ?849 with tyres, that is from:

Oh and are available in PCD 4 by 100 et 45, so will fit a nova nicely.

Will look really nice with some Blakc 18"s mate,you really have a nice oneoff kited nova coming on there,will be good finished,lol if you had been informed you could of bought my old modid delta of me,one without number plate part,then it would be totaly oneoff!..

I dont relly like the kiited novas anymore,i kinda out grown it,but i like yours as i can see it has takent time and a lot of works gone into it,verry good job done mate,tell the sprayer hes good with the old filler :wink:

Thats what it is, i was looking at it thing something isnt right with the front bumper. if you had the other delta bumper on it, it would look better.

i do like the paint and the pearl, but one question...

why put saxo style arches and saxo spoiler on, when you could just buy a saxo ?

sorry but i think the arches really ruin it, and it's not at all to my taste.

but as said, respect and fair play for all the hard amount of work gone into it

:D very nice mate, i love the paint looks mint, its deffinatley very different and unique and i know thats what you wanted so well done man, top job.

just seems wiered seeing a nova without the trademark arches, anyhow i hope your happy with it, i know i was when i got mine sorted. should be all good when you get the big rims 8)

granted, the craftsmanship involved is to a very high standard, but at the end of the day in my personal opinion is still looks hideous. do like the paint a lot tho, as do a lot of people.

just my worthless opinion tho, as said time and again, if your happy with the outcome then that is ALL that matters.
