how do i remove and fit a new slam panel in chrome?

can any one help as i have NO idea what so ever!

remove = grind the welds off, :lol:

Just thought then actually... why do you want to chrome it?

Nobodys really going to see it and it would look out of place unless your intending to chrome the entire engine bay.

I'd be tempted to keep it the same colour as the rest of the car, Unless thats going to be chromed as well - - - - BLING!

yeah its mostly gonna b chrome an stainless steel, ive got a few prices for bits an bobs, the car gets garaged in the winter any way, i did this with my last car hehe

Nuttah...

never actually tried welding over Chrome plated stuff, Cant imagine it being too good tho.

Maybe not sure how you would get around it without it looking shite, Guess you could spot weld it back into place. But not sure if the Mot will like this as any replacement parts need to be fully welded up.
