How would you go about getting about 150bhp out of this engine?

Have heard about these Mantzel power boxes...are they really any good?

the are about ?500!

I understand that you would have to do alot more than just one of those to get to 150bhp but what would you have to do?

Sounds like from what I've read so far that it would be very expensive...but maybe I was looking in the wrong places

To get that power you'd probably need
Powerbox
Tubular exhaust manifold
Flowed head
264 deg cams
chip to bump up rev limit
ARP rod bolts

So the best part of ?1000 really

Not the cheapest engines to build properly (I should know! lol)
But a powerbox and the above mods should pretty much put you there...
