5-speed transplant 4 a 1.2

Hello peeps. As this is me 1st time here i thought i would get all the daft stuf outta the way. Now no1 laugh but i got me a 1.2 nova (obviously!) and have happened across a 5-speed gear box. Now i was wondering whether or not it was worth putting it in and what sort of adjustments wouild have to be made for it to work right?

Get that put in mate! I had a 4 speed 1.2 Was a great laugh! Will drink less petrol when on the motorway if you change the box, It makes a big difference having that 5th gear. I think its a very simple job that one too.

change the gear stick leaver because some off them are a 4 speed.they are on most 1ltr and 1.2ltr novas,i had a f13 gear box on mine wen i first aquired it but wondered y it was 4 speed and wen i was checkin everything out it was the gear stick bit that slides on to the gearbox selector. try this first mate because ur gear box mite b a 5 speed already.
