How much to get a weld done?

Around the back of the front left suspension turrent I is rust. I want to get it welded but I have no idea where to go, as its on the main suspenion turret. Does anyone know if it would pass its m.o.t with the rust or how much it would cost to get a weld done? arrrggg.

welding all depends on the time and the size of the job!

as its on the turret that could be awkwad. to get rust welded you need to cut out the rusty metal get to clean unspoiled metal to weld a plate onto to replace the old cut out rusty parts! also suspension will proberly need to be removed to cut out the rust. so could be more costly from time expences...but shouldnt cost too much any way.

the only real way to find out tho is to go to a welders or better still a garage and ask for a quote!!! pretty much all garages will give u a free quote. if they dont then they can go stick it!

Looks like I am going to need some welding done then in order for my nova to pass the M.O.T. Damnit.
