Corsa engine conversion

I know this is a nova forum but I thought someone could help me.

I have a 1.2 16v corsa (2000). How easy/hard would it be to put a 1.6GSI engine in or even a 2.0 redtop.

16v or 8v GSI?

GSI or Redtop should be fairly easy, my worry would be the differance in insurance.

Preferably a 16v but 8v would do.

By 'fairly easy' what do you mean...? ie) how many hours would it take a mechanic? what parts would I need to change? etc
