Spy photographs paparatse (warning spelling) "Keith!!" LOL I only got it up on saturday
I have to admit its a brilliant job, it does what it says on the tin, as mentioned previously it has a great wee system of battery maintenance,
http://www.carcoon.co.uk/profile.htm
Basically two eyelets are fixed to the battery with a plug on them, you plug it into the power unit, and the fans, then to the mains
So while the power unit is on it trickle charges the battery or charges it depending on the battery condition, but when the power go off it can maintian the carcoon for approx 72 hours on the car battery power and then when the power comes back on, it charges the battery back up brilliant
You should see the size of the wee thing, you defo would not say it was a battery charger by any stretch of the imagination
http://www.carcoon.co.uk/charge.htm
Another great feature is how easy it is to use, lay the ground cover, drive the car on, cover with top cover, zip up, plug in and 4-6 mins later bingo

The particular one I have cost ?390.00 inc P&P and VAT, seems expensive but consider the cost of repairing damp damage etc, so I think it was a good investment
Running costs it works out a ?10 a years, which is a lot better that the two humidifiers I have running in the garage they are like running two fridge freezers, I would be frightened to work that out a year
So we will see how things go in the next few weeks
Alex
PS someone was asking about the rims check out the link below :D
