whats this wire for?????

trying to wire up me 2L 16V now but am stuck on 1 plug,it comes out from under the fuel rail at the gearbox end of the engine,it's got two wires which are red with a blue trace and brown with a red trace. anyone got any ideas what its for as can't find the other end of the socket for this plug. its a cav gsi 2000 engine if that help any.

sounds like an injector plug....

red/blue is fuel relay output

brown with trace is an ecu switched ground/sense wire

found where it goes now, on the vent valve.
