How the Hell dya get these little Buggers out without causing any damage to the doors?

Is there a special part to use, I've made some progress on both the top and bottom, but thre is just no room at all.

The doors are currently off the car  Just need to get the pins out now, Haynes say its a 1 spanner job lol

Nah, I mean the door pins. IIRC the little black things are kinda lil plugs that go inside the Door pin.

just screw it off, or get some pliers an twist them off. If its the what i think it is, or if its the whole thing from the locking then there willbe a clip you need to pop off then it comes out.

You mean the pins that hold the doors to the car? Theyre the "door hinge pins"

Theres a tool that you slide through then screw an end on to it, you then have another tool that you clip onto this that enables you to use a hammer to knock them out...

as kev said above. thats the tool you need. but they are still a bastard and i had bruised hands for weeks after beating that tool with a lump hammer for about an hour to get them out.

or if the doors on the car are f****d, do what i did, cut the bu***r right open with the grinder  , then cut the hinge(whats left of the door will fall off now!), and finally cut the door section of the hinge out of the body section and drift out whats left of the pins!!!!!!!!!

This is what I ended up doing with an angle grinder but is no good if you wanna keep the doors.

i used a slim but long punch that was slightly curved. no probs getting the pins out. well there was one but that was trying to find someone to hold the doo as i removed the pins lmao
