I have Avo suspension kit on my nova gsi lowered by 60mm but I wasn?t happy with the rear, it looked too high! So I bought some 70mm springs for the rear which look great now but if I have anybody in the back it bottoms out ocassionally. Has anyone experience this? Any suggestions welcome.

Mine is lowered 60mm on 15s, and with 3 people in it going down a fairly bumpy road, it didnt buttom out or rub once, the ride was very bumby, but didnt rub etc...

Where did you get 70mm springs from?

There from coilsprings they custom make any size! When it was lowered 60mm on 16s it didn?t rub or bottom out once with a full car. But I want to keep the 70mm springs on there.

Yeah they are adjustable dampers, I have thought about adjusting the shocks harder which I will do, hopefully that will solve the problem.

try shorter bumpstops....

dont use your shocks to hold the car up - they are designed to dampen bumps not do the job of springs

Shorter bump stops?
I don?t want to act stupid but I didn?t think the rear had bump stops, where are they ? obviously I know the front has them, where can I get shorter ones from?
