i got offered a digi dash today out of a smashed gte 16v but before i buy it i wanted to know how hard it would be to fit

Easy if you have a Mk2 and are handy with soldering iron and screw driver, if not the you can crimp or use the connecting blocks. There are a few good guides available on the net

you will need.

The Dash itself. (try checking it still works/lights up if you can)
The White and Black plug on the rear, When you cutt these off the loom, try and get a decent length of loom attached to the plug, as it makes it easier to bond it into the nova loom
And the Transducer, again, as much loom as possible on the transducer makes it easier to wire up.

thanks for the advice am going to get it tommorow with the wiring for only 20 bucks cant be bad eh.
