Has anyone had any dealings with this lot?

A mate of mine was involved in a smash last year with an uninsured drunk driver, ended up losing his job and is on strong medication, and instead of having dirt cheap insurance and full ncb, he is paying silly money for his age.

He's also been told that if it was a straight insurance thing he could expect upwards of 10k, any ideas what their compensation scales are?

thats why uninsured drivers are complete and utter twats eh rob?

I got ?6k out of them, and the claim was more dodgy than an uninsured drink driver,

So in fairness their scales of compensation are no different to a conventional claim, I was able to claim for loads of things like damaged clothes, that paramedics cut from me or got soaked in blood etc, just et a decent solicitor to sort it for you,
