Damn waterpump!

Ive removed the three allen bolts and the water pump is refusing to move.

anyone got any ideas as i need to put my new cambelt as ive fitted the kent cam.

any ideas?

put a long bar on it and hit it with a hammer but not very hard,place it in to the grooves on the pump and knock it left and right then it should come lose. remember to clean the inside of the block before the new water pump goes in cause there is usually rubbish built up and thats y this one is so hard to come out

water pump is being stubborn on my 1.6 block also lol.

a long screw driver and rubber hammer don't work. tried a heavyier metal hammer ant it chipped a bit off lol. needs a new one anyway.

I ended up taking the top pulley off whith the belt still tensioned.

don't need to worry about timing and i can knock the pump about a bit easier now.

Needs a new one anyways.

taking Crank out tomo, for 1st time, for re-bore.

1mm oversize pistons, rings etc and rebore for a ?210 ish.
