but the wheels don't bloody fit.

i fitted my new wilwood's on saturday, just need to bleed the system again when i get 5 min's. the wheels caught on the bottom of the caliper where the spokes come into the center of the wheel. i had to get some 5mm spacers to make them fit. sonow i'm on the lookout for some comopmotives mo's or TH's or some team dynamic's pro race's.

the spacers i was sent for the disc's didn't fit, so they will need sorting out, i will ring rally design in the morning.

i got a few pic's

Looking nice Benji :D

Although have you fitted them upside down? What looks like the bleed nipple is pointing towards the ground.

depend's what the job is, if it's a mains change that's ?250-?350 depending on what's involved. any other work and i try to fit it in on a evening cause it usually don't pay enough to be worth getting out of bed for on a saturday. lol.

fookin ell. i dont get paid 250 in a week normally. and im a fully qualified toolmaker/engineer.....

those willwoods look spot on mate. did the spacers not fit over the hub or something. as i can see they fitted the disc. im getting the exact same set up soon so ull have to tell me how they work.

benji
31-01-05, 08:09 PM
when fitted the push the disc out too far so the caliper don't line up

m.d.
31-01-05, 08:20 PM
could you not just put that washer imbetween the calliper and spacer. would push the calliper out then to where you want. thats how you have to mount push bike and motorbike callipers,

or get the spacer machined thiner. and foot rally desighn the bill lol
