Going to fit my Suzuka Bucket seat on monday fella's so would anybody with Side mounted Bucker seats post up Piks on how they are fitted.
I have a good idea of where to weld a bracket etc but want to make 100% sure.
Cheers GT
Dunno if this is too late but this is the way I have mine mounted. I just have some angle welded across where the seat goes.

Can you get us a closer pik of that fella?
I modded the origional 'sliding' Nova subframes then bolted the side mounts to them !
Basically once you've got the subframes off theres a bracket welded on to each corner, grind these off & your left with a flat surface to mount the side mounts to, stick a bolt through each corner - job done !
Sorry ain't got any pics.

The angle at the front is flush against the brace that goes across the car. I've also cut and plated the brace on the tunnel so that the seat be mounted further over to the left (To give a more central driving position).

It's not flat as there is a ridge and the seat would be far too low.
