Im 19 and I've got a Nova GTE that I need to insure, its totally standard and Ive also got 6 points on my license from 2 years ago.
I know the points are going to up it, but I will still get cover im sure. Has any other 19s or people with points got cover? I only want TPFT or TP only.

Any recommendations and advice appreciated,

Cheers.

I'm 18 will 6 points and was 17 when I got them!!!
I got the points before I passed my driving test so didn't get banned!!!
I basically got caught on a RD125 motorbike when I was 16!!
I know I'm i year younger, and I lost my no claims but I couldn't get insured on anything over ins group 10 and even my 1.2 would have cost over ?1k!!!
I live near Plymouth, I take it you do as your logon suggests?
What car do you drive?

I drive a G-Reg Metallic grey GTE. Midly modded, improving along the way. Registration ends in JAK so you wont miss the car, plus its loud as fcuk!
Its lowered all round, 15" alloys, Janspeed system, Pipercross induction kit etc...

Could try places like www.cis.co.uk http://www.quotelinedirect.co.uk/main/index.asp
https://www.screentradecarinsurance.co.uk/
These will give you an idea.

Where I'm at, Methilhill in Fife, is a deprived area, quite a lot of crime/drugs/lunatics etc. and I paid ?287 fully comp on a GTE, but then again I am 27 with full NCB

I got it from Maynard Milton in the end TPFT for ?1395 per year with a ?250 excess which was the cheapest i could find after a night and morning searching...oh well not too bad for a GTE.
