Well i'm not 100% sure, i always put in about 30 psi. However, if you're using sainsburys/esso/any garage's air machine, they're not atall accurate anyway because they become un-calibrated by being thrown around every day, e.g thrown on the floor by peeps in a rush.

So your pressure's won't be v.accurate anyway, so i put in 30.

yep i put in 30psi.

as long as it's something around that, and not 5psi or something lol

depends on tyres i think

it may say on your tyre walls

And also what load you're carrying. Tbh on a nova, i wouldn't go any higher than 30psi as the weight isn't there. Although the guages aren't v.accurate anyway

i have the orignial manual here, infact two of them ! (Mk1 and Mk2)

they say you should adjust your trye pressure to suit load. and weather

only tells u the pressure for std tires tho

28-32 is about right

i normally run 30 in the fronts and 28 on the rear on 195/45r15

if your doing lots of motorway driving it would probably pay to blow them upto 35 all round for the old gas mileage
