OK. Project SETI is a dedicated search for intelligent life in the universe. We utilise facility of radiotelescope to scan sky fro any form of radio comunications between stars in order to identify and probably find our neighbours in different galaxies.

If you can help please do. Download SETI@Home and install it. It will help us search for extraterrestrial intelligent life in the universe.

It looks really cool as a screen saver! 8)

Dude! What are you on about! If this is dodgy then what do you call microsoft stuff???? Its little screen saver that helps process big data that been split in to lots of small pieces to help and speed up the process! Its safe!

Phil at the moment we cant. Wait until I build a spaceship which will take us anywhere!

This has been around for years. It connects to the web, downloads some data from the SETI servers and then analyses the data on your machine when the screensaver is running.
Once it's finished looking at the data, it uploads its results to SETI and then downloads another bit of data to look at.

I used to have this running 24/7 on a machine in my old job and even after about 2 months of it running, it found absolutely nothing, so dont expect quick results!!!

I'd rather look for the YETI.

The only proof of intelligent life, is that they have not bothered to contact us yet.
