hi not really sure to put this topic but since it is to do with engines ill put it in here.

i have not yet turned 17 am only 15 :evil: but it hasnt stopped new about serious getting a nova as a first car and just makin it look pukka with a little bit of money

but i was wondering what engine i should get for insurance a

1.0

1.2

1.4 sr

1.4sri

1.6gte

i was thinking about the 1.2 just wonderin if it would be posably to get the sr or the sri when i am 17

you've got no chance on the GSi really.

I'd say you'd be pushing the SRi

You could just about get reasonable insurance on the 1.4 or 1.3 SR

but cheap insurance, go for the 1.0 1.2

i nearly had a chance on the gsi at 17 on my dads 1200 quid in november and bought it in december did a quote a couple of weeks ago 2200 quid now sold my gsi :cry: nw after a sr there nt bad to insure the sr at all

SRI is same group as 1400 sr and more power

go for 1.2 for cheap insurance

1.2 sting is a good choice.... mostly SR except engine ;)
