Nova GTE bhp gains??

I just bought a gas flowed head and inlet manifold, kent fast road cam, vernier pully etc. was wondering what the rough bhp gain would be, with a k+n kit as well as full stainless exhaust. im guessing around 20bhp is this a fair guestimate or bull :roll:

and the rough 0-60 now with the above fitted?

Realistically 8bhp, but anything up to 12 maybe.
Get a decent 4 branch with those mods too.

i'd expect more than that :|

take dans 1.6t40spec and remove the 40's and you'd be looking at 125-130bhp imo (with a proper mapped ecu, although the cost of the ecu u may as well just stick 40's on)

Where can u get a decent set of second hand twin 40s? And are they easy to fit to a 1.4 Sr?

i was thinking 125-130 ish with a decent map on
maybe more if i get a manifold!

Ebay there are some on there at the moment going cheap.
