quick spec
jenvy tb's, arrow rod's,majorly lightened crank and fly, omega piston's, worked head, solid lifters, sbd 284 and 278 cam's. 1640 bottom end (1.6 and 1.4 haeds are the same i think)

could u run that kinda spec on hydraulics? what are the advantages of running solids?
also why is the cam overlap much lower than 8v "race" cams where your normally at 295+
and why are there 2 overlaps?
solids let you hold high rpms for longer, good for silly screamer engines.
i cba to explain 16v cam overlaps now
