first year insurance

what was every ones first years insurance like? was it on your parents name? how much was it.did you have mods declared n what company was it with? cheers peeps

I'm 17, I own at 1.0 Nova. Insured with me as a named driver. third party F&T, for ?675. All mods declared.

It pays to shop around for insurance, I was being quoted over ?2k. If you wish I can find the company name, but its all filed away, so unless someone wants it Im not gona bother :D

Im 19 i have a 1.4sr and i am insured under my own name with Liverpool victoria and my insurence was just over ?900. You can go onto liverpool victorias website and they do a quick quote online which is a handy device!

Once you get a quote you're happy with, call around insureres that quoted you before (apart from the stupid ones) and see if they will go any lower.
