GTE shafts and hubs

Can someone give me a definitive answer.

My Novas a 1.2 merit (mk2) and I'm planning on fitting a GTE engine into it.

I still need to get me hands on a set of drive shafts.

Do I need to change the front wheel hubs from the 1.2 to GTE/GSi hubs? (are they the same GSi - GTE)?

What other pars to I need (track rod ends etc etc etc...)

Anyone done a 1.2 to GSi/GTE conversion

You don'tneed GTE shafts, hubs etc. The 1.2 gear will fit and be fine for the job. You can leave all of the suspension and shafts in tact.

yer half the gte/gsi's were fitted with the same shafts anyway

only the 22spline ones were different (and they are all listed under the same part number at vaux)
