I'm trying to fit a magnum rear bumper, but my backbox is about 2 inch's to the left of the exhaust cut out on the bumper. I've got a magnex full system. What's the best way to shift the backbox over? Will i need to make up a new mounting bracket for it?

Any advice appreciated

try losening of the over axle pipe and pushing over (towards passenger side) this should in turn make the backbox go further towards the driver side of ur car.
may need to fabricate a new mounting bracket tho.

other than that, im all out of guesses :|

Cheers mate, i'll try that. I think i can loosen the U-clamp and turn the backbox so it's positioned lower but more towards the drivers side. I'd prefer it to sit higher but i might have to put up with it. Don't really want to have to fabricate a bracket-i haven't got a welder

When I had my old Peco special on mine, i used a bigger exhaust rubber hanger bracket, with a different layout of holes in to move it across and down, got it from Halfrauds I think!

probably a mk1 cutout and a mk2 system

best bet would be to cut n weld the tailpipe
