front springs 60mm fitting problem

hey folks just took the strut out etc got the old spring out im trying to get the new one in but it doesnt sit right at the top cup thing just dont look right is there a tutorial of such on the net to help me fit these lowering springs,ive done the back ok just the front i had problems

sure you don't have the springs upside down !?

also, in the haynes it says soemthing about making sure a hole on the bottom cup meets the end of the coil ? or something along those lines.

Not sitting right? Turn it the other way up?!

there the right way round its worse the other way,do u need to clamp the psrings to put them back in? this is the first time ive attempted lowering a car my self

p.s. nova springs dont have a certain way up lol
