Nitrous Oxide isnt flammable nor is it explosive, it just enhances the burning process

I would have thought that any pressurised container would have the ability to blow up.

If you read through the rest of his site, he builds old cars etc and has some old bottles of Nitrous in some of his cars, maybe it is something to do with how it was stored.

. yes true but the rear quarter wouldnt have peeled back like that, if it did peel back it would of just gona out to the side. plus theres the rest of the windows, surly these would of broken aswell!!

well, thats wot happens when a pressurised contianer get hot! boom boom

ever put a deoderant can on a fire etc?? same thing happens, so id say it is real :|

thats because deoderant is highly flammable.

it even says that on the can.

You'l probably find that Nitrogen oxide is probably Flammable under high pressure

nitrogen is not flammable even at high temperatures and pressures due to its natural state. It is bonded to another nitrogen atom to make a nitrogen molecule N2. This is a triple bond which makes it kinda inert, thats why food packets have nitrogen gas in to stop the food rotting so quick
i think

there's no sign of burning anyway, so all this talk of it being flammable is a bit pointless.

The nitrous bottle is a pressurised container though isn't it? so that could explode if the bottle was faulty. Just like if you stick a fire extinguisher on a fire, that would probably explode aswell and that definately isn't flammable!!!
