Front wings sitting on wheels?????

i've just lowerd my nova by 60mm on springs and shocks. i've put some factory fitted 4 stud Mk1 vectra wheels on.

the thing is when i let it ff the jack the front wings just say touch the tyres. the rear is fine, but the front just say sit on the tyre.

the tyre size on the wheels is 195/60/15. is this to big? if i fit lower profile tyres on will it be ok?

I would have thought with 195/45/15 or 195/50/15 you'd be fine. If not, just bend the inner lip up with a pair of mole grips-a little bit at a time so the paint doesn't crack.
