lol, that's why yours is more expensive then. duh :-)

it does depend on where you live. Just ring the council or even try asking in an extate agencie, they may be able to pass you on some numbers of private renters.

my last unit was approximately ?1200 a month, lucklily I wasn't using 1 office and the upstairs so I only had to pay for the floorspace which was big enough to fit 5-6 good size cars in and my tools and a rotten mk2 escort ;) I miss it big time but I dont miss the bill or having to wash cars constantly to pay to keep the rent up,

I'm looking for somewhere nice and cheap now myself as working off my drive (my mums drive!) is doing me in with the weather and I should think the neighbours have heard more than enough of my impact gun and the sound of novas and turbo transits must echo through them when there at work

My Mate has just scoured the whole of Bristol and has got a lockup which you can fit 12-15 cars with space to work, with phase 3 electric, water, 2 offices...

?85 a week.

And hes giving me a Job!!!

Will be when it takes off, cant stand working here anymore, the novelty of doing nothing all day has worn thin!

Ive just had to rent a garage in Birmingham to store my nova in.

I tryed the council but all the garages available were in very run down areas and didnt fancy leaving the nova there.

I found a garage owned by a 80 year old lady, heated with electricity, nice area etc for ?5 per week! Cant argue with that, though it has taken me 6 months to find one i like.

thats a very good price Karl, the unit I am using costs 7k per year, although doesnt actually cost that much as we try to earn it back. It has 3-phase electric, water etc and central heating (which drinks fuel).

So far we have fitted 2 x 2-post ramps, and 1 4 post ramp, air is plumbed in and have nearly any tool we would want
