Just a quick Poll on a Yellow (oe) Nova Sr 1.3 Mk1

love em. Great colour when clean. Skoobs is a great example on here
I've got an 87 Yellow SR runabout now but colour takes a bit of getting used to as does everyone taking the piss out of it. Will be laughing on the other side of their face next weekend when the XE goes in!!

So, Not only will you get the stigma of the nova, You also get the piss taken cas its yellow..

TBH i like the Mk1 SR, but not too keen on the colour!! you also get the limited edition CHAVBERRY interior dont you :lol:

Mines just got the normal SR interior and it is standard as far as I know!!
Chavberry, the interior is comming out anyways :D

im probably wrong about the interior TBH, just the only yellow ones i have seen had it in.
still, mk1 sr's and still sweet so dont let the colour put you off as they can be made to look quiet nice 8)
ive got a opel corsa 1.3gt which is exacally the same as that including the colour and i love it its going to be resprayed the same yellow, as the bodywork is tatty and needs tidying up was thinking of spraying it a different colour but its rare and different, mk1s all the way

I only really like yellow with the early one-piece SR fronts. Later Mk1s, like above, I prefer Carmine Red with anthracite bumpers.

best in white, but with 15" rims, lowered - ultimate tuff old skool nova. with vynal on, black bumpers, graphics, etc etc.
they are the coolest standard nove there is, gotta have the one piece front bumper though

Well seeing as im selling my gsi to buy one i think youd say i like them im hopefully when sold my gsi going on a hunt for a mint one in red, yellow or blue and tuning the shit out of it let the hunting start (after someone buys my gsi look in the for sale section will take 900)

More to do with gear ratios I believe.
lol nick, maybe the having "1.4SR" cut into the rear vinyl weighs more than having "1.3SR" :lol:
