Windscreen wipers

Please can someone help, the windscreen wipers on my Nova stop on different settings when in use, there is a click from the relay when they stop, I have changed the relay and it still happens, could it be something else of is it likely to be the new relay is no good also ?

get a new switch

u will prolly find the wiper will freeze where ever it is on the screen? this is caused by the switch contacts being worn

sometimes tapping the stalk lightly will work
