it depends on the environment you and your speakers are in. If you are in a standard car, the air around you will also be traveleing at twice the speed of sound. This would mean no change to when you hear the noise. Sound cannot travel across a vacumn

as alex said if your in a inclosed environment then the air around you isnt moving in respect to you therefore the sound wouldnt alter, but if you were sat on top of your car and the speakers where on the outside then the air around you will be traveling 600mph+ you probably wouldnt hear the speakers.

E.g astronauts in space can talk to each other although they are traveling at very high speeds
