ive just put sum lower spec bulbs in the back they flash the same brightness tho but theyve made the lights flash faster and it looks ace.
i think its illegal can anyone help me out?

its probably a mot fail and if the cops see you, you'll be pulled for sure.
usually when they flash faster it means there's a bulb off!
