problem with 12 and 20

i had "bought a pierburg 2E3 for my nova 1.3 SR but its has a 20 marked in it and my carb had 12 and some of what I saw.
Those anybody knows what this is??

why would you get it for your 1.3SR?? Surely you would go for a weber 32/34??
As far as i know all the Pierburg 2E3's are the same

if i could find one here i woul put the proble its this i found an pierburgs here in a junkie all of theme were +- and i found one basicaly new.
the other pierburgs got a number 12 marked on theme and this one has 20 i talking about inside of the air filter. i liked to know why.
