is there away of haveing 1.4sr and dropping a lump in and getting away with mot an that, even thos the insurance will be void, because il be 20 in a year and get insured, but if i mot it all first then do it i know i can definatlely get away with it, can i have any suggestions. cheers

well if you're into that kinda thing i'd get it mot'd first then drop the sr lump in but i think mot is only safety issues therefore as long asyou've put it in no problem you should be ok.

they might check the vin number or what ever though

not the based place to ask abt this kind of thing

the mot has nothing to do with checking the engine number tho if that helps your quest for driving uninsured?

the trouble is i ride a bike, its a 125 cagiva mito ive had 2 and for lil bikes there fast and i want a car with that acceleration cos thats what im used to, im always blowing boys racers with it. One car i lost up to about 90 was a Golf Gti so that gives u a rough idea of quite quick

well stick to your bikes then... or sell your bikes so you can afford more expensive insurance... :roll:

insure it propperly or don't bother doing it

if i were you i'd keep with the bikes an just buy a cheap run about,

i wish i'd brought my mates cbr600 rather than spend the money i did on the nova wouldn't have lost so much money that way but nevermind! at least i have got a pretty nice nova at the end of the day
