why aren't i allowed painted bumpers?

i got my bumpers sprayed other week and since then i've had two scrapes. once i caught it while parking and tonight a mate (female) who was parked next to me drove off and scraped it

think someones trying to tell me to put plastic ones back on

i think you'll find that women cause most crashes by no being aware of whats happening around them. I mean they cant look pretty and drive a car at the same time far to complicated. lol
