Hi all
Finsished puttin nova~lollys SR back together and finally got it started lastnite. Took it for a drive today but it seems to be really slow when i floor it, not as quick as it used to be anyway. I had to change the head as the other one was knackered but the only thing i have changed was taking a K and N off and putting an airbox on instead.
Any ideas what could be making it slower??
Cheers

as said before check timing belt on my old sr the timing belt was retarded a tooth an ran like a 1.1!
soon as i had sorted it and ran perfectly after that!

should i use a timing light to check the timing then?? sorry but im so not sure about these things. If anyone wants to look then i will be in it at the MK meet.
Also its been idling really low today. Possibly i need to move the dizzy a bit.
Cheers guys

timing out and/or carb filthy

my SR did the same, No 3 piston rings were shot, head gasket and No3 spark plug melted, resulting in a blown engine :|
