Phase 3.5 calibra turbo

Hello,
as title suggests i have a phase 3.5 calibra turbo for sale,(RED)
NO TAX,
MOT til march 31st
Engine spec,
CRANKSHAFT REGROUND & POLISHED, NEW MAIN & BIG END BEARINGS, UPRATED PISTON RINGS, BORES HONED, HEAVY DUTY OIL PUMP, ARP CON ROD BOLTS, ALL ENGINE GASKETS REPLACED, 1.9mm STEEL HEAD GASKET .
covered 9k since the work
PHASE 3.5 ECU WITH 2(custum flick swticth from high to low) STAGE BOOST CONTROLLER, Turbo technics HYBRID TURBO, 8.1 LITRE INTERCOLLER WITH STAINLESS STEEL PIPING, Micalor hose clips, SAMCO TURBO INTAKE HOSES, BAILLY'S DUMP VALVE, 4.5 BAR FUEL PRESSURE REGULATOR, IRIDIUM SPARK PLUGS, DE-CATTED, Autometer ultralite BOOST GAUGE, .
also dizzy was changed about 1k ago along with rotor arm,,
Full dianosis off the engine has been undertaken with no faults found,
NEVER SMOKES,TAPs for about 3 seconds,
very good running engine and pulls very well,
also has a decat and scorpion twin round backbox,
gearbox never crunchs and selects gears well,
Body,
has slight paint fade on bonnet and slightly rusty on the UNDERside, other than that its in very veyr good shape, good staright car, only other mod is a universal rear spoil has been fitted and removed leaving 4 holes in bootlid, can be put back on though and is included in sale,
DE-LOCKED USING VECTRA REAR DOOR HANDLES,
Interior,
Autometer boost gauge in built in pod in the A piller,
Leather is in very good condition only slight ware and small hold on drivers bolter, usual ware, has sparco gear knob as well,
wheels,
standard wheels (5) with good year F1's all round and firestone spare(as new),
suspention,
Factory suspention,
also has pioneer cassette player and 6x9's
car also comes with approved alarm and imoblizer, which acts as remote central locking as well,
now for the bad bits,
has a fuel leak from the tank, parts are on order will be fixing this soon,
towing eye cover is missing,
slight ware on drivers seat,
NO TAX,
NO recipts for any of the work the privious owner lost the lot,(idiot)
4x4 doesnt work,
mirror glass broken passenger side,
thats about it, any inspection welcome,
i am asking ?2500
i feel this is fair as engine has had a lot done and covered little miles since the work, car drives very well and is worth the money for engine and box alone,
no time waisters or test pilots,
if i dont get what i want i will strip it,
