Flush tailgate

How do you make your tailgate flush? how much would it cost if i was to do it myself?

There's a couple of ways of doin it...

1st way: Weld a stainless steel panel across thew whole of the boot area (from cluster to cluster) then smooth off the welds and paint it.

2nd way: Do the same again but rivet it to the boot, recessing the rivets and smoothing over the holes, then paint the boot.

3rd way: Weld a rectangular plate in the hole where the number pplate is, just below the surface level of the boot, then use filler of lead to smooth over any holes or lumps. then spray the boot panel.

there's probably loads more ways of doin it, but here's a couple for ya!

u cant weld stainless steel onto the tailgate goz they wont stick proper.
