Steering rack

I'm stripping down the steering rack for my little Nova, ready to fit the quick rack. I've got so far, but how do I actually remove the rack and pinion themselves? Any help greatly appreciated, thanks in advance.

Never mind-found the gen I'm after in the good old haynes. Got to admit-didn't expect it to cover rack strip downs as well. 8)
