Has any one re- SORN'D their cars yet?!

just got my letter through :lol: looks like ill have to re sorn it so escape a nice fine! why dont they just take it that its still sorned unless you buy tax?

Yeh I got mine through the other month.. thought exactly the same as you..

I got a nice little letter back from the DVLA thanking me for sending the SORN too.. what a waste of paper lol

my girlfriend forgot to buy tax (she may aswell be blonde) around 3months ago and got fined ?40 odd quid mind you it was 2months out of date :lol:

with all the beer etc around this time of year the last thing you want to do is have to send gay forms to people telling them what they already know!, plus you have to waste your hard earned cash on a stamp :lol:

i may aswell ask them to print an extra box which declaires a car sorn'd for life :lol: :lol:

Well sort of...

The original car i SORNed runs out in a month i think, but seeing as i scrapped that i should really register it as so very soon, otherwise its fine time for me!

I think theres still another 6-7 months on the new car i got to put the engine in....

Yep, My lil 1985 1.2L nova is sorn'd again, i dont know if it will ever be un-sorned again lol..

And my Blue (NDZ) is sorned again as of december. As soon as i save, and decide on coilovers, i'll get it MOT'd ready for the year's fun ahead :D

re-sorn'd mine a couple of weeks ago. time to send away for my provisional soon (17 on 20th feb :lol: ) hoping to be passed my test for around may-june and have the car on the road then.
