A FORD Fiesta XR2, F reg, white, 97k miles,
Taxed until June, and MOT'd until November 2002.
The wings are slightly fucked, but everything else is ok, and the engine runs fine. Hasnt been thrashed for a year ...
?150 !!

(Project NovaStyle is still in the bodyshop ...only been 8 months, and no completion date seems near enough... thats another story)

My isnurance is free for a month, cos just change over from my Nova one which runs out in Feb.
After that I'll do it 3rd party, shouldnt be too much. anf then as a 2nd car when my Nova comes back, then sell it eventually... for the same price I got it for.

I'll sell it...
I reckon my Nova will be ?2k anyway.
I dont mind the Fiesta being TPFT either.

Its a quick fix to a long term problem!
The ultimate solution is my Nova back! Working on that... thats when I get the other parts from it

A BRAND NEW WING FOR THE FIESTA COSTS ?26 ...thats an advantage over the Nova!

the spacing of the studs is different as far as I know.

2.0 16v on it's way soon!!! (again!!!!) :)

I think PCD is pitch centre diameter but am not 100% sure. It's the diameter at which the wheel nuts are at around the hub.

VAUXHALL WHEELS WONT FIT FORD. PCD IS WRONG. END OF STORY! ;)

2.0 8v or 2.0 16v... Help!!!

ford pcd - 100mm * 4
vauxhall pcd - 102mm * 4
the pcd is the stud spacing. like an imaginary circle of diameter 102mm(vauxhall)(where its centre lies at the centre of the wheel)the centre of each stud hole sits on the imaginary circle equidistantly - if you know what i mean LOL damsn i thought this was general chat not the techy forum LOL

Is ?26 for a new wing cheap? What about cutting the old one off and welding on the new one? I'd rather have good old fashioned bolt together Vauxhall-ness over a Fraud.

:D

Old Fords have bolt on wings.

Just thought I't mention that for dan ;)

I have been told the Mk2 Fiesta wing will need welding on.
Aah, it dont need it. The car runs!!
