it depends on the antishock memory of the head unit

my sony has 20secsand it rarely skips atall only on really bad bumps or cobble roads :o

mine harldy ever jumps, ive got a 6 disk changer mounted under the glove box and only on pot holes will it jump. :)

i had it ontop of my bass boz in the boot, but because of the viberations from the subs it caused it to stop :( also under the passenger seat but wasn't jthe best. so i wedged it underneath the glove box on that shelf that u never use. epo try and see it yours fits there. + none of the wires show at all :)

I have a panasonic headunit and that skips on potholes, for some reason it does it more with a few people in then when i am on me own.

more people in the car = stiffer and less suspension.

I've got a 6CD changer in the back, and have Spax RSX suspension. Jumps about a bit over hefty bumps but its not too bad. Seems to skip more when its cold too, once the car's warmed up a bit its ok :?

2 points:
1 steer clear of aiwa - mine jumps like kids at a gary glitter concert
2 the roads in bedford ( sorry dedford ) make it nearly impossible to listen to tunes ...

now wheres that old tape walkman........? 0X

Yeah stay away from Goodmans aswell, I had that in my Mark 1, Now in my Mark 2 I have a Sony xplod Unit and it will only skip if you hit a bad pot hole or extremely bumpy road.

But very very good, I recommend Sony.
