Bonnet pinning

Hey all, Ive got 2 very bent bonnet hinges and it looks like a mission to get them drilled out at the pivots. Is there any way of getting the bonnet pinned at the rear as well as the front.

i've seen a car with a bonnet that opens straight up on a hydraulic platform lol

just gas axe them till they are red hot then bend them straight

The axe is a good idea but they have been bent back so not sure where to bend them back to! Would I have to weld a plate across just in front of the scuttle panel to mount the pins? - yes rally style pins. I want to avoid welding plates on as this is gonna look shit!
