bonnet

i changed my bonnet this morning for a new one,got it on ok but when i shut it i cant get the damn thing open again! when u pop it with the handle under the steering wheel it doesnt do anythign so now i cant get the bonnet open lol any help apretiated thanx

do it whit 2 people,
1 man shoud pull the leaver in the car, hard bit not to hard

and the other must pull on the bonnet the same time

this works often

thing is when u pull the handle it doesnt feel like its got a catch to anythign tho

nah mate, the 2nd person needs to push down on the bonnet.

if you can get the grill off, reach in under the slam panel and you should feel the cable, just pull that and that will release the catch.

if not then the bonnet catch is bent
