being that the engines a 1.2i is it still 45bhp im also after info on the interior and exterior cheers

its "sxi" Exterior looks exactly the same as an SR but without the black vinyl underneith the sidestrip. I think it has the SR interior too but i'm not sure.

it's quicker than 45BHP, it's gotta be. My mate had one and it was surprisingly nippy for a 1.2. If you can get an immaculate one, there nice cars, similar spec to the Sr's in and out, but without the 1.4 engine.

Seats aint recaro styleeee but SR style interior otherwise, just a diff colour the ones i've seen, sorta red/grey/black stripes rather than jus red and grey

nice cars, wud like one for me 1st nova really then bang GTE engine in @ a later date

yup there a very good base for a valver project as most are well looked after and have been ownd by birds and stuff.

as the others say its basicaly an sr without the vinal allong the bottom (which most peeps take off and replace with skirts) and the sr front seats (easy fixed)
pull out the engine and put a nice one in and your laffing.

they dont have the gsi,sri spec front brakes as far as i can rember, so replace them with with sum valver gear (make sure front crossmember is ok 1st though)

I bought an insurance write off sxi for parts. Im not 100% sure if this is standard but mine had 6 clock dials and an SR steering wheel! The interior is similar to the Mk2 SR in pattern but the front seats don't have the side bolsters and the rear seat is one piece (against 60/40). No electric windows. The brakes are the standard/none existant ones that every other 1.2 had. Think the suspension is standard to. Wheel wise, standard black SR steelies (I ,like). Colours: Mine was graphite grey (gunmetal) but think they also came in white, red and black.
