Supernovas Problem

Hi,

I ordered some tailgate lifters from Supernovas on the 8th of December, I've not received them yet, they dont respond to my emails or answer the phone.

Any idea how to get in touch with them or whats going on?

ste nova had some problems with an order he made with them also :s

if you look in the members section for a name called supernovas. pm him.
he works there.
he is usually on here often, and to be honest. they are a good bunch of people.
if you pm him, kev i think is his name. he will let you know.

i noticed that that they never answer the phone
but i jus go to the shop its only up the road from me
bad boys bodystyling in birmingham messed me about a bit tho
orderd a mattig rear diffuser off them took about a week
then phoned them they said yeah its ready went all the way over there
thaen they said the bloke had taken it to the other place to sand it down
so id have to come back for it bare in mind its a good 20mile trip
so phoned them back the next day told me it was there went over and it was closed phoned them no answer kept trying for about a week
nothin so i jus thought f*uk em

Supernovas are closed until the 5th Jan 05,thus this is the reason why emails or calls are not replied to.

All orders have been dis-patched,any delays are out off our control and due to the christmas delays caused by Royal Mail!

Ste_Nova if you had completed check out and paid,your strut brace would have been with you a long time ago! There seems to be a problem with you understanding this,Supernovas only dis-patch products that have been paid for just like any other company! If you think Supernovas have not supplied goods that you have paid for why do you not contact them or reply to there emails,all you do is post on Novaload "where is my brace kit"

i didn't want to click it again incase i ended up with 2 sets!
