is it possible to run a fuel tank from a 1.2 carb nova with a 1.4sri engine if you fit and wire up a fuel pump from a 1.4sri?

yes mate but it is quiet difficult, it would be alot easier to put an sri or gsi tank on?

whats the diference between a 1.2 carb fuel tank and a fuel tank from an sri? apart from the fuel pump?

sri tank has a swirl pot inside

if u run a gte/sri pump on a carb tank it will run the pump dry when going round right hand corners with low (read less than 1/4 tank) fuel level

this will inturn cuase the engine to lean out and u may melt things if u arent careful
