Whats the best way to remove Surface rust on bottom of doors, its not gone all the way through but slight bubbles of the paint and you can see brown rust, i got a tin of Rust Primer but whats the best way to do this WITHOUT welding..

A step by step guide would be a great help please.

get a wire brysh or better still a wire brush attatchment gadget for your drill, you have a drill don't you!?

Use that to get the loose rust off.

Get a cheap samll paintbrush , sod it go to town and get 2, then apply the kurust to the rust. It should appear a bluey kind of colour. Stand back and have a cup of tea whilst waiting for the kurust to go black, when it goes black its cooked.

depends on how bad it is. wet and dry is good enoigh if it is very minor. You must remove ALL rust otherwise it WILL just come back.

rust has a habit of hiding itself tho.

if in doubt, get two new doors.
