The car was originally brought for ?200

It had been converted to a MK2... Thought I'd do this to it for a laugh.

New KYB shocks, 35mm PI Springs, Track Rod ends, bearings, silver painted calipers, bottom ball joints (RedDot discs and pads not in photo)

The following shots are with the new bumpers trial fitted. I'm having a new front panel, rear panel and rear arches welded on. blah blah blah.

Anyway.... enjoy or slag it off, which ever you prefer.

I'm either having new rear arch panels or complete rear 3/4 panels.

The current engine mods are just

K&N induction kit
FSE boost valve

I thinks thats it, havnt driven it since last Feb.

Not sure what I'm gonna be doing to the engine.... I'd love to get try a custom turbo on the 1.6 but not too sure about that one.

as riggy said, think it looks better with the gsi kit on it

but its your car and if you like it thats what matter, im sure a few people don't like mine, but i couldn't care less

looks ok mate but i would have left the gsi kit on it, and i would have sorted out the rear arch and door out before i shelled out on a kit

I got very excited at the prospect of a GTE..but its not a fookin GTE..there's no mk1 front!

De-fact lift in, back to mk1, then stick standard kit on it.

Sorted.

the retard who owned it made a very bad job of making it look like a GSI.

The kit was just test fitted and I've just taken Voluntary Redundancy from my full time job so I can spend part of the ?7000 they've given me on it.

Get rid of that kit mate, it looks absolutely pants.

Used the 7k, strip it to the bare shell, fix any rust, respray, new GTE kit, mk1 front, and a nice 1.6 Turbo, or carb'd engine, all chromed n shiney. Slammed on nice rimms.
